Useful Information
	Trash is collected twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. The trash truck comes very early, so have your trash out by 7:00 AM. If trash collection day falls on the major holidays (New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day), trash will be collected the next day. Trash service is paid through your annual HOA dues.
	The recycling program is run by Montgomery County. Recycling is collected on Fridays. If a major holiday falls during the week, recycling collection will be bumped to Saturday. Please check the local/regional newspapers for guidance.
	The speed limit in our residential neighborhood is 25 MPH. Please drive safely and be mindful of your neighbors who are out walking, running, biking, and the children waiting for school buses and playing throughout our community.
	Snow is plowed from our streets by the county. Clearing snow from driveways is the responsibility of each individual homeowner
	Each homeowner is required to maintain his/her property including items such as replacing fence rails and posts and keeping lawns and landscaping in good condition. Any exterior changes to your house or property require approval of the AERC. Please help to keep our neighborhood beautiful.
